LÜVA ships to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Quebec and Ontario 2 to 5 business days
Rest of Canada 4 to 8 business days
United States 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, are displayed at checkout.

US Customers: Customs and Import Fees

For orders shipped to the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by U.S. customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your shipment on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LÜVA is not responsible for delays, returns to sender, or losses caused by inaccurate shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@fromluva.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
