These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the use of the LÜVA website and the purchase of products through this site. By accessing the site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.
LÜVA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the site is the one that applies at the time of your order.
Use of the Site
By using the LÜVA site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing your orders
- Not use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Not attempt to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the site's content without authorization
- Respect the intellectual property rights of LÜVA and its partners
LÜVA reserves the right to refuse access to the site or cancel an order in cases of abusive behavior or suspected fraud.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from LÜVA in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
Intellectual Property
All content on the LÜVA site (text, images, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, layouts) is the exclusive property of LÜVA or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes (GST, QST, or other provincial and federal taxes depending on the destination) are calculated and added at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. LÜVA does not store full credit card information.
LÜVA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.
Errors and Inaccuracies
Despite our efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the site (descriptions, prices, availability), errors may occur. LÜVA reserves the right to correct these errors and to cancel or modify any order affected by an error, even after confirmation. If your order is cancelled for this reason and payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Product Availability
All products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer either a refund or an adjusted delivery timeline.
Shipping
LÜVA ships its products to Canada and the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
For orders shipped to the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees imposed by U.S. customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or in the shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LÜVA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate shipping information or by carriers.
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the food nature of our products and for hygiene and food safety reasons, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted once the order has shipped, except in the following exceptional cases:
- Product damaged on delivery: if your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
- Order error on our part: if you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us and we will correct the situation.

Order Cancellation
You may request the cancellation of your order before it has shipped by contacting us at info@fromluva.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Health Disclaimer
LÜVA products are food products, not medications, supplements with therapeutic claims, or medical devices. Statements made about LÜVA products on this site, in marketing materials, or on packaging have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before adding new foods to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
Allergens and Food Safety
Our products are produced in facilities that may handle common allergens. Always read the full ingredient list and allergen statement on the product packaging before consumption. If you have a known allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance, do not consume a product without first verifying its ingredients. LÜVA is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption of our products when ingredient information has been disclosed on the packaging.
Limitation of Liability
LÜVA makes every effort to provide quality products and reliable service. However, to the extent permitted by law, LÜVA cannot be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products
- Allergic reactions or individual intolerances to ingredients (ingredients are listed on the packaging)
- Delays or interruptions in delivery caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.)
- Typographical or technical errors on the site

Reviews and Comments
If you post reviews, comments, or any other content on our site or platforms (social media), you grant LÜVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and distribute this content for promotional purposes. You warrant that this content belongs to you and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Links to Other Sites
The LÜVA site may contain links to third-party sites. LÜVA has no control over these sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.
Force Majeure
LÜVA cannot be held liable for delays or the failure to perform its obligations in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, carrier failures, supply chain disruptions, government measures, etc.).
Dispute Resolution (US Customers)
If you are a resident of the United States, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This clause does not apply to Canadian consumers, whose rights are governed by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to the use of the site or the purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec, except where the Dispute Resolution clause above applies.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LÜVA regarding your use of the Services. Failure by LÜVA to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.
